Lesson Plans for school beach trips

Here are some exercises I have been using for the last few years. Please use them if you like. The kids, from 6yrs to 60yrs, seem to like them. And feel free to adjust as you like, I can send you the original files if needed - email me at kevin.lynch@nuigalway.ie. The 3Ss seem to work really well as an easy-to-remember take home message from them.
